Conducting Blood Donation campaigns has a warm place in the hearts of all Rotarians across the globe. And it is worth great pride that Rotarians have ensured that "No one shall die for the want of blood" since 2002.
Continuing for the cause they heralded the first ever "Walk for Blood Parade" - A parade with pomp and show to create awareness about the need for voluntary blood donation.
More than 5,000 people participated in the walk including school children.
The Interact Club of DMPS too made its presence felt in the prestigious walk by participating in it and demonstrating that WE CARE!
The event was a huge success as it saw a huge participation from people of Delhi and NCR. Heads of various Diplomatic Missions, WHO, UNICEF besides celebrities from sports, cinema and public life too participated in the event.
